Organizations may engage with ESE through sponsored research in areas aligned with the department’s expertise. This includes semiconductors, nanoelectronics, quantum technologies, VLSI and secure chips, AI hardware, networks and cyber-physical systems, healthcare electronics, and embedded / intelligent systems. Sponsored research may support exploratory work, technology validation, platform development, or application-specific problem solving.
